Marhaba Lebanese Cuisine started in 2018 in honor of my grandfather, Kanaan Baroud, who passed away in 2013. My grandfather was a very generous man who would always invite people for lunch and dinner. He would say that eating with family and friends will always give you more appetite. He also used to say that it is a blessing to have food on the table and to share with loved ones. Where two can eat, five can eat.
To always remember to share food and when friends or family members visited at eating time, he always would say “Oh, your mother in law loves you”. This is a Lebanese saying.
